"echo charlie" was not created on a drawing board, but in the middle of everyday practice life. When Dr. med. dent. Luca Golland moved his practice to new premises in 2015, he was faced with a seemingly simple question: install a traditional nurse call system - or find a better solution. The systems on the market were technically outdated, inflexible or disproportionately expensive. Above all, however, they did not solve a central problem: clear, situation-based communication within the team.

Together with his wife Dr. med. dent. Dorota Golland, the idea of developing a digital call system that really understands how dental practices work arose from this gap in care. From target group analysis, UX design and color concept to programming, test phase and use in the practice itself, echo charlie was developed step by step from within the practice.

The aim was clear from the outset: to create a solution that simplifies processes, reduces stress and is also technically and personally convincing. Today, "echo charlie" stands for precise communication based on the principle of "Who? What? Where?" - and for a new, calm efficiency in everyday practice.
