FAQs
How can I cancel the ABO?
The subscription can be canceled annually in writing with three months’ notice.
The trial subscription can be tested for 90 days without obligation and free of charge. Your access will be deactivated after the test phase.
Can I pay the ABO monthly?
The subscription is billed annually. Monthly payment is not possible.
Is it possible to upgrade at any time?
Yes, our dynamic “echo charlie” packages can be expanded at any time. Contact us for an upgrade – we will be happy to help you!
