With the filter function, individual devices can only display certain calls. Any filter conditions can be combined – the “or” principle applies. Example: Filer is activated for Dr. Alpha, Emergency and OP1 – only calls that contain either Dr. Alpha or Emergency or OP1 are displayed.
Activate filter function
In the standard message display, click on the filter icon(1) on the far right of the header to open the filter menu.
In the filter menu, you can now activate the filter function(2) and then define the conditions in the Who(5), What(6) and Where(7) areas:

You can then close the menu by clicking on the filter symbol in the header again. The number in the red box in the filter symbol shows you how many active filters are currently being used:
