Acknowledge calls
Acknowledged calls are displayed with a tick icon.
Calls can be made either by clicking on the “Thumb Up” icon…
…or acknowledged by swiping to the right:
Comment on calls
Click on a call to open more options, select “Comment”, type in the message and confirm with “Send”:
By clicking on the comment, you can add any number of further comments. Only the most recent comment is displayed.
Calls escalate
If a call remains unacknowledged, a call can be escalated. This causes another tone to be emitted (or a push message to be sent to the recipient) and the call starts to pulsate until it is acknowledged or deleted.
To do this, click on the call to open “More options” and select “Escalate”:
Delete calls
Calls can be deleted in three different ways:
1. using the “Delete” button under “More options:
