The SMS function can be used to transmit calls to assigned persons via the mobile phone network.
Activate SMS service
Select “Devices”(1) in the main menu:
Then click on the “SMS” tab(2):
Enter the phone number in the “Phone no.“ field(3):
The number must be entered with the country code, but without "00" or "+". The "+" is automatically added by the system.
Then select the person (4) who should receive the SMS. Each time this person is integrated in a call, an SMS is sent.
Finally, click on “Capture“(5). The entry now appears in the “Active notifications” (6).
