Guest or patient calls are part of the internal patient guidance system.
Temporary buttons can be created in the Who block directly on the message interface.
Temporary elements are marked with a star icon and white color and can only be used once for a call.

Default setting
Temporary elements must first be activated.
To do this, open the menu(1) and select the “Settings“ tab(2)

In the “Channel” tab (3), make sure that the switch for “Temporary elements” (4) is activated.

If you now return to the main interface via Menu (5), Messages(6), a button with a plus icon (7) appears in the Who block.


Create new temporary element
Click on the plus button (8) in the Who block.
You can then enter the name in the pop-up(9) and confirm with “Create”(10).

The temporary element has now been created and can be used once within the call system.
