Buttons in the Who/What/Where blocks can be placed within a group to save space or to call entire groups.
Procedure
Open the menu(1) and select the “Settings” tab(2)
In the “Channel”(3) tab, make sure that the “Activate groups”(4) switch is activated.
You can then use the tab to select the block in which you want to create a group (Who, What or Where: 5a-c).
For this example, we will configure the Who block (5a), but the procedure is the same for all blocks.
Create new group
Select the drop-down menu (arrow)(6) and click on “New group”(7).
Enter a name(8).
You can optionally add an icon by clicking on the “Select icon” area (9a). Using the search field (9b), you can almost always find a suitable icon from over 2000 icons (9c) (search in English). Then confirm with “Ok”(9d).
Finally, click on “Create”(10).
The group is then visible in the group list (11) and framed by the buttons (12).
Assign buttons to a group
When creating a new button or editing a button, you can assign it to a group.
To do this, click the Groups arrow (13) and select the target group (14).
Please note that multiple selections are possible when selecting groups. The "Start" group is activated by default and should also be deactivated by clicking on it if the button should only be displayed in the desired group.
Finally, click on “Save”(15).
