The absence function lets users know that certain instances are currently not available for calls.
An absent instance is marked on the message interface with a stopwatch icon and the duration of the absence:
Activate absence function
Click on the desired button on the message interface with a long click. You can then select the absence time in the pop-up andsave it with “OK”.
Deactivate absence function
After the defined period has expired, the absence function is automatically deactivated. Alternatively, the function can also be deactivated in the pop-up with the “Reset” button(1).
