Using a guest profile, mobile devices can log in using a QR code and be assigned to a person or a room. These devices only receive calls that are directed to the assigned person or room.
Guest profiles are aimed at people who do not need to view the entire internal call history.
Register device
On the device that you want to register as a guest profile, selectthe “Guest profile” tabin the login area (1) and click on the “Register this device” button(2)

A QR code(3) then appears, which must then be scanned with the camera by a device that is logged in (with admin password).

Scanning with an already registered device
The registration request must now be confirmed by an admin.
To do this, open the menu with a device that is already logged in and select “Devices”(4).

In the “Guest profiles” tab(5), select “Register new device”(6).

Then start the camera(7) and capture the displayed QR code of the device to be registered from the previous section.

You can then assign any profile name to the device (8; in this example we have selected “Guest device”) and then click on “Assign element”(9).

Now you can assign an element from the Who (10a) or Where (10b) area.
For this example, we select “Dr Alpha”.
The device will then only receive calls that are directed to the assigned person or room.
Finally, click on “Save”(11).

Log in via guest profile
A login button with the element assigned in the previous section now appears on the device to be registered.
Click on this button (12) to log in.

This completes the registration of the guest profile.
Only those calls that are directed to the assigned element now appear on the device that is logged in with a guest profile.
