After ordering a subscription or registering for a trial, you will receive an email from us with your temporary password. You can now use this password to log in and generate your personal password.
For security reasons, the temporary password is only valid for 7 days. Please contact support(support@echo-charlie.app) after the expiry date.
Procedure
Open a browser of your choice (we recommend Chrome) and call up our web application www.app.echo-charlie.app.
Enter your e-mail address(2) and the temporary password(3) in the “Log in user” tab(1) and then click on “Log in”(4).
Please note that your email address and password are case-sensitive. It is best to copy both from the email.
You can then set your own password(5) and confirm it again(6). Make a note of the password in case you forget it. Finally, click on “Save password”(7).
The password must be at least 8 characters long and at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 special character.
You will then be taken to your “echo charlie” interface and can start setting up. You can now log in to all devices with your password.
