If you have forgotten your permanent password, you can set a new password via the login area.
Procedure
Go to our web application www.app.echo-charlie.app or open the mobile app.
Click on the “Forgot password?”(2) button in the “Log in user”(1) tab.

Then enter your e-mail address (3) in the new window and click on “Reset password”(4).

You should now receive an email with your reset code after a few seconds. Enter this code in the ” Reset code”(5), set a new password(6) and confirm this password again (7). Finally, click on “Save password”(8).
The password must be at least 8 characters long and at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and 1 special character.

You have now successfully reset your password and can log in on all devices with your new password.
Troubleshooting
If you have not received an email with a reset code, this may be for the following reasons:
- Email has landed in spam: Check the spam folder of your mail program
- Email address entered incorrectly: Make sure that you have entered the email address correctly.
- Email address not linked to your account: Make sure you are using the email address linked to your “echo charlie” account. To do this, search for your correspondence address in past email conversations with “echo charlie”.
